The Stress Management Center

IPCS, in Campinas, was the first institution in Brazil dedicated to helping people and organizations recognize and manage excessive stress.

Some stress is unavoidable, but too much of it affects productivity, personal life and health, contributing to anxiety, depression, ulcers and heart disease. We offer courses, workshops, group sessions, individual counseling and customized programs for organizations, in English or Portuguese, as intensive two-day workshops or spaced sessions. We also offer cognitive behavioral therapy for a range of psychological problems.
